A very happy Adrian Skok with his Black Wildebeest
With Hartzview Hunting Safaris you can hunt Blue and Black Wildebeest without the need to drive one mile from our home base area. We also have the Springbuck Grand Slam available on the same 20 000acre area.

Great Nyala hunted by our very good friend Rocco Verreli.
After hard work on a rainy day Rocco managed to put in a perfect shot with his bow on this beautiful Nyala bull. Congratulations Rocco and see you back with Hartzview very soon!
-
Black Wildebeest
Another excellent Black Wildebeest trophy taken with a single shot by Caleb.
-
Blesbuck
Jaclyn with her first African Trophy. Great stalk and excellent shot Jaclyn. Congratulations!
-
Cape Eland
Tracked the eland for 3x hours and eventually saw them where they were bedding down form a hill. It took only one shot from Caleb to bag himself this exceptional Eland bull.
-
Impala
Caleb with yet another TOP qaulity Impala taken with Hartzview Hunting Safaris.
-
Common Waterbuck
Angas with another exceptional 30” Waterbuck hunted with Hartzview Hunting Safaris.

Anita made a great 220yard shot to harvest this excellent Blesbuck. Well done Anita!
-
Cape Eland
After spotting the eland while we were after Blesbuck we changed our minds and tracked the eland for about an hour before finding them in thick stuff. There were about 14 to 18 bulls in this bachelor herd of eland. We eazed in on the herd and pretty quickly found ourselves in the middle of the herd… This bull was feeding straight past us when we decided that Angas will shoot it. Well done on a great shot and very good eland bull!
-
Blue Wildebeest
Another 30” Wildebeest with Hartzview Hunting Safaris. We did have a little excitement on this hunt and my trusted old tracker Bullet helped out as well. Excellent trophy!
-
Blue Wildebeest
Me and Bullet joining Angas with his really big Blue Wildebeest!
-
Gemsbuck (Oryx)
With a long stalk up and over hills and valleys Angas made a perfect shot late afternoon to harvest this beautifull Gemsbuck bull. Great hunting!
-
Common Springbuck
With a excellent shot at 280yards Anita only needed one bullet to harvest this excellent Common Springbuck.
-
Black Wildebeest
After dissapearing on us a lot of times we spotted the Black Wildebeest one cloudy morning in a small clearing surrounded by Vaal bush which gave us the perfect cover to stalk up to them. Angas made a difficult shot look easy and we had another excellent trophy on the ground. Well done and congrats on a great bull!
-
Common Springbuck
After seeing Anita’s springbuck from up close Angas decided that he also would like a Common Springbuck. He made a perfect shot on this old and very nice Springbuck ram.
-
Nyala
After a lot of stalks and wind turning against us we got our trophy Nyala bull. With one shot out of Angas’s .375 the Nyala went down after running only a couple of yards.
-
Southern Greater Kudu
After passing up a lot of young bulls we saw this old fighter glasing from a hill. We kept a eye on him for about an hour as he feeded up a hill into a valley between two hills which gave us the perfect oppertunity to get on one of the hills. After just seeing cows and impala while standing on the hill waiting for the bull to come out of cover I just saw the horn tips as he started walking out on the oppisite hillside. When his whole body was visible I whistled… He stopped swong around broadside and Anita made her shot. Well done on a very old and magnificent Kudu bull Anita.
-
Mountain Reedbuck
After seeing a couple of Moutnain Reedbuck during the hunt this ram caught our attention on one of the larger hills on our area. With a good and long shot we had him down on top of the hill! Great shooting and wonderfull addition to your trophy room Angas.

Land Cruiser - Hartzview's Hunting Vehicles
Photo taken from where the Mountain Reedbuck was laying. That is where we shot from…. Quite a ways.
-
Caracal
Caracal was on top of my list for a VERY long time. I got lucky one night driving back to the lodge and were able to get a shot into the back leg while it was running away. I have never been this honoured on shooting such a big caracal.
-
Caracal
Have not measured the lenght but this is a big caracal and they do kill animals as big as Impala and Nyala. We have quite a number of these cats on our area and do hunt them with dogs and at night with a spotlight.

Hartzview Hunting Safaris
Picture from a hill on the area.
-
Red Hartebeest
After stalking quickly in the late afternoon Angas put a perfect shot right through the Hartebeest heart. Beautifull bull and excellent shooting once again.
-
Southern Greater Kudu
After 5x days of hard hunting and a few bulls getting away Dakota made sure that this monster is going nowhere with a perfectly placed shot.
-
Common Waterbuck
One of Bill’s top priority animals was a big Waterbuck bull. After seeing the bull on a hill with some cows we decided to start a stalk. The wind was in the wrong direction so we needed to go around and get on a hill. After kudu ran directly to the waterbuck we thought our chances was gone but with confirmation from our driver sitting on a different hill that the waterbuck indeed bedded down we managed to get in on to about 140yards from where Bill managed to put down this incredible Waterbuck bull with a single shot.
-
Southern Greater Kudu
What more to say than what an exceptional Kudu bull!!! Well done Bill on harvesting this great Kudu bull. Great 260yard shot.
-
Burchell Zebra
After the wind gave away our position a number of times on previous stalks we managed to track down a herd of about 19 Zebra. After selecting this very nice stallion Dakota made a perfect shot on the Zebra to harvest his first African animal on the age of 12years old.
